Another trip up to Reading on Friday night, this time to celebrate Alan and Vik’s engagement with Sian, Laura, Shelly and Tania, Was a really nice meal in Ma Potter’s but a bit of a trek back to London on the slow train and tube. (Thanks to Shelly for letting me post the photo.)

Ran one of the Nike 5k’s today, dashed across the line in 22minutes and 4 seconds, my fastest time ever!!! Spent half an hour in the Jacuzzi at the gym recovering but it was worth it.
