This time we’re in Cork, Ireland, for Derek Costello’s pre-wedding celebration! A great weekend and lots of good photos for you all to enjoy! So what are you waiting for… go look at them!

   

Back to earth with a bump after 14 hours in BA business class – which is great but not worth the ridiculous amount of money it costs! For the price of 1 business class return flight you could buy 7 economy tickets, a whole row of seats to choose from and lie across!

The trip was great, work was hard and long but it was worth it and I got to meet a whole new set of people and see a whole new set of places – places I’d never get to see off my own back so very grateful that I got sent out there. Also really grateful to the people who looked after me and took me out drinking and eating for three weeks so I didn’t get lonely in the hotel – much appreciated. Hopefully they’ll send me again but not hoping too much in case it never happens.

Life back in London is good, jet lag is wearing off and I’m not waking up at 5 in the morning anymore. I certainly haven’t missed the tube in the mornings, I’d forgotten how cramped, busy and agressive it is on the way into work. The weather has really changed too, the heating is on, coats and scarves are out of the wardrobe and its almost Christmas!

All go back in the flat, Matt is working long hours on his myriad of projects and Sian is studying like a fiend for her next set of accountancy exams. I’m just trying to stay awake! Charlie and Sigrid are also coming to stay for a week until Charlie’s new flat is ready so its gonna be a full house for the next week and should be a lot of fun.

Halloween this weekend, do you think I should dress up? What as? Suggestions please!
