Painting…

Spent the weekend doing DIY and painting our ORANGE lounge back to a more retina friendly shade of off-white – “Almond White”.
Here are the photo highlights (yes, we got more paint on Gloria than on the walls):
Also did the edging round the floorboards, a job I’ve had on the to-do list for two years and three months, but who is counting?
Two years before we do the next job? Probably…
In other news, well there is no other news, except I won a tenner on the football results.

Alle Les Blanc! Alle Les Blanc!

Not quite sure how this happened but I was there to see it and it still doesn’t seem like it actually did happen. Paris was fantastic, we got a very friendly welcome, all 15 thousand of us! We congregated under the Eiffel tower before kick off and then marched for a couple of hours down to the ground, bringing Paris to a standstill, making lots of friends along the way.
There were easily more Scots there than French and they were all singing so it felt more like a home game than away and we were sitting in the French end!

Orange Mocha Frapachino

So I posted about coffee the other day and complained that there was no orange mocha frappucino in the diagram… well Derek decided to go one better and post his own interpretation. Too good not to share…
The details are surprisingly accurate! He’s clearly got plenty to do at work too
